**An Important Covid Policy Update**

*An important COVID-19 Policy Update*

At Whiting Veterinary the health of your pet(s) is our priority but we also want to protect our clients health and the health of our staff. With that being said we do plan to remain OPEN but will be altering our business hours and be implementing some new policies to reduce exposure risk of covid 19. 

The office doors will remain locked throughout the day and we ask that our clients call ahead from their vehicles for entry. Only one owner accompany their pet into the hospital per patient/appointment. Exceptions can be made for end of life appointments but we still ask that family members limit their group size. Clients will immediately be directed into exam rooms and checked out in the exam room. 

We ask that clients call ahead for prescription refills, monthly preventatives, and food. Payment can be made over the phone and we will bring items outside to you so you do not need to come inside. Finally, clients who are ill are asked to reschedule their appointments.

We apologize for any inconveniences these changes my cause, but, we are trying to make sure we can stay open to provide for your pets critical needs. We  hope to return to normal business hours and services as soon as possible.
